How do I save a job from LinkedIn?
Install the Chrome extension, navigate to a LinkedIn job listing, click the ApplyPilotAI icon in your browser toolbar, and hit Save Job. The job will appear in your dashboard under Saved.
Is ApplyPilotAI free to use?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 25 tracked jobs and 5 AI uses per month. Pro unlocks unlimited applications, AI resume tailoring, cover letter generation, and follow-up reminders.
How does the AI resume tailoring work?
Upload your resume to your profile, then open any saved job. ApplyPilotAI's AI compares your resume against the job description, highlights alignment gaps, and suggests targeted edits to improve your match score.
Can I move jobs between columns on the board?
Yes — drag and drop job cards between the Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, and Rejected columns on your board.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email address, and check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link.
Does the Chrome extension work on other job sites?
One-click save is optimised for LinkedIn. You can manually add jobs from any site by clicking "Add job" in your dashboard.
